If interested, please email Tim Champ from UMBC at champ@umbc.edu and he can add you to the group!

Website:

We are going to keep www.mdhpcusergroup.com live so that it can be used for future event coordination and other details.

Event Summary: MD HPC User Group (4/27)

There were 63 people registered and 52 in attendance in addition to those who joined us last minute so participation was very high! Many thanks to UMBC, MARCC and UMIACS for helping host the event. Thanks as well to our sponsors; Cambridge Computer, Bright Computing, NVIDIA and Starfish Storage for their support and participation.

Future Events: Disruptive Storage Workshop… and more!

The JHU Bloomberg School of Public Health (BSPH) is arranging a “Disruptive Storage Workshop” on July 13th and 14th at their facilities in Baltimore. To learn more and register, please go to: www.disruptivestorage.org

The reception to the first User Group was overwhelmingly positive and we are planning to host another event next year (if not sooner). Please be on the lookout for more information on this and other events!
